Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled up to a day before delivery/pickup date. A 10% cancellation fee is charged for cancellation. 

No cancellations are allowed post dispatch of pickup / dispatch of order.

Same day cancellations are not allowed.

Please note that in any kind of unforeseen circumstances, GOJY holds the right to cancel and refund the orders within 48 hours of fulfilment.
